What they did
In 2024 Tiimo added Tiimo Learn, an extra subscription tier with body doubling sessions, courses with experts and a content library, based on user research, and raised the price about 3x with the new plan.
What happened
Growth numbers suffered and the team felt it strayed from the core planner, which still had gaps; the project was parked.

“we created this whole extra leg to the Tiimo app, which was called Tiimo Learn, which was another like another subscription tier”
“we jacked up the price like three times. You know, like it became like this thing where we we went a little bit all in. And, obviously, like that affected our growth numbers”
“So then we ended up, okay, let's just park it now, and go back to designing the best possible planner that we can.”
