Daniel Kwon - He made $2.2M from building simple apps. Here's how (no-code)
Joseph ChoiAnd then what happened after that?
Daniel KwonYeah, that's kind of where things got a little out of hand, being my first startup. Our school basically threatened to sue us. We got a letter of intent, a cease and desist cuz we were using their logo on our website, and a couple different schools. But we were on the local news around Villanova because some high school students were using Conch to bypass AI detection.
Daniel KwonAnd that word got to our school, and Conch was in our LinkedIn bios at the time. We were a little naive and weren't building in stealth. And yeah, it led to a whole legal battle with our school.
