Dris Elamri - Meet The 18y/o Who Solved UGC Marketing (100M Views in 2 Weeks)
Dris Elamri… content is scale and that you have to keep posting until something hits. And once something does, you just copy that format. And if a format can go viral once, um, which is a a similar idea we apply to our UGC programs, it can go viral 100 or 1,000 more times, um, with different companies, and different niches, and and different creators. So yeah, you just need one format to work to make up for all the 100 other videos that got 100,000 views.
Dris ElamriAnd yeah, I think the actual like concept of videos changes over time, but the the idea of scale, uh, is persistent. Even when I was making Minecraft YouTube Shorts, uh, I I think I spent 6 months with, um, like zero subscribers, zero views, and out of nowhere, uh, my post started blowing up, and I realized what was actually working, I doubled down on that and and made, uh, I don't know. Like the whole thing with content is kind of like finding a format, and and scaling that, uh, which can be reapplied to, I don't know, startups.
JosephI'm curious about the Cluely UGC program now. So you you had a lot of like you had a a YouTube channel also. What You said it was like a gaming channel, right?
