What they did
Founder turned on post notifications for big influencers (in the US, while she was in Australia) and tried to be the first to comment on each new post, even at 2 a.m. After many comments they recognized her; she then messaged them: 'I'm launching an app to schedule your posts ahead, a content calendar. Want to be part of the beta?' Many joined, then the app launched as a paid app.
What happened
$10,000 in revenue in the first week.

- pre-launch
“"Look, I would have notifications of all the big influencers," Nana.”
“She's like, "I'll get a notification every time they post, and so I want to be the first one to comment." And it would be like 2:00 a.m. in Australia, and she would comment, "Hey, that's so awesome."”
“Would you want to be part of the beta?" And they did. She built up this like a bunch of people, and then so on launch, it was launched as a paid app, she made $10,000 on her first week.”
