Move your launch followers into a Discord for feedback, bug reports and videos
3-4K members; best feature ideas and user videos came from it
Workedcommunityfeature-development
What they did
Built a Discord around the launch; the first and most active members came from Alejandro's TikTok followers who commented on the concept video. Channels for app decisions, bug reports and a self-improvement channel where users post progress (e.g. 300 push-ups, 8,000 push-ups). Early 'OG' members became moderators, and members send user-generated videos (e.g. push-ups in the mountains) the team can reuse.
What happened

“And this this Discord has proven to be so um beneficial to us, because we can get feedback on features, we can, you know, direct the the product to to what the people actually like.”
“Yeah, the OGs are the most active, they're also like our moderators and so on, they help us a lot.”
“We also get like a lot of content from them, for example, this guy doing the push-ups in the mountains.”
