Show no prices on the 3-page paywall until users tap 'Start my journey today'
The biggest win on this paywall, guest says; no numbers

What they did
No-trial, 3-page paywall. Page 1: app visual and 'break the cycle today'. Page 2: more features (podcast, leaderboard, articles, breathing exercises). Page 3: real App Store reviews and no prices. Tapping 'Start my journey today' opens a half-screen sheet with just annual and monthly: '60% off sale', 'Limited spots remaining / nine spots available', both priced per month for anchoring (annual $3.33/month, monthly $12.99/month), full price shown on selection; tapping again starts the purchase. Keeps users on the paywall longer and splits social proof from the price decision. The odd $3.33 price (~$40/year) is meant to feel more real than $2.99.
What happened
Guest says hiding prices behind the button was the biggest thing that worked; no figures.
