Pay creators a base per video plus bonuses at 50K to 1M views

Keeps creators paid for their time and chasing viral hits; no numbers

Workedcreator-ops

What they did

Base pay per video so creators feel their time is valued; the real money is bonuses at 50K, 100K, 200K, 500K and 1M views. Tiers don't stack: a creator gets the highest tier reached (e.g. $100 at 100K, not $100 + $50). Creators post on a new, warmed-up account. An internal tool pays creators.

So if a creator gets $100 at 100,000 views and $50 at 50,000 views, they don't get 150 when they get to 100,000 views, they get 100. So it's kind of like you earn the highest tier. They don't stack, if that kind of makes sense, plus the base pay.

Morrie SchonfeldAnd then that way, creators are motivated to make the content cuz they're getting paid for their time, and motivated to go viral. And then on something like Noise that you mentioned, like we talked about this earlier, so we we use Noise for a lot of distribution to scale what really works, and also really quickly test ideas, that's on a CPM model with a cap. So we kind of have these two different spend buckets. We have our in-house program with …
