What they did
Content is organized like Meta ads: campaigns, then 'playbooks' (like ad sets), then posts. Each playbook gets one to three weeks of tweaks to the prompts given to posters. If nothing pops, pause it and slot in a new idea. Example: a playbook with 446 posts in about a week (~200K views) was paused and replaced with 'how are we making money by Christmas'.
What happened
Paused playbook: 446 posts, ~200K views; replacement playbook reached 9M views.
“we have the campaigns the same way that they do, we have playbooks the same way that they serve ad sets, and then the posts are underneath each of those playbooks for us”
“I'm looking for one, two, three weeks range of something to go viral after tweaking and iterating on the prompts that we're giving those creators”
“putting in how are we making money by Christmas playbook, which, you know, you can see here at 9 million views, clearly this is one that hit different”
