Turn on Stripe's renewal emails, which are off by default

What they did
Stripe ships with renewal emails disabled; enable them and send a receipt on every charge (Paddle, FastSpring and other merchants of record can also do this). It can lower conversions for apps nobody uses, so measure it.
What happened
Guest says for normal apps it will not decrease revenue.
