Schedule a week or two of videos at once to every platform
Daily posting dropped from ~1 hour to 10 minutes; the tool became its own business

What they did
Posting daily to two accounts and reposting to TikTok and YouTube Shorts took about an hour a day. Jack built PostBridge, a scheduler where you upload a video once and pick every channel, and batched content for a week or two at a time (or scheduled on the day).
What happened
Making and posting a video took 10 minutes instead of about an hour; PostBridge itself grew faster than the app and took over his time.

In their words
The Superwall Podcast · Jack Friks - He Went From Struggling to Make $1 From His App to Turning Down $1M“I was posting every day to this account, to another account on Instagram, and like reposting them to TikTok and Shorts, and it got really painful, obviously.”
“So, I would schedule out like batches of content for like a week or two, um, of these videos, or just like on the day of. Then it would only take me 10 minutes to make it and post it versus if I posted it manually.”
