Mario Manero & Alejandro Sanchez - Our App Makes $30K/Month Profit Using This Simple Strategy (copy us)
Alejandro Sanchez… distribution, because we ourselves we we cannot do too much, because what we post it it will get shared more in the European space, especially on TikTok. But we we are now going to do UGC. And for that UGC, it's always important that they have an American SIM card, and they're based in America, because then whatever they post, it gets shared to an American or like Canadian audience. And as you can see, that's like a huge improvement there.
Mario Ortiz ManeroI think the two biggest A/B tests that we did were first an abandoned transaction paywall. We know that, in our app, the main issue for cancellations or for not subscribing is price sensitivity, right? So that's where we need to focus on. So that one of them is like if they are like in the paywall and then they are like, "Oh never mind, it's too expensive," we show them like another screen that's like, "80% off," or or something like that, um to really make them th- think twice about it. Pricing is also something that's been important for us there, like what price are people willing to pay, how like does it pay off, and so on.
Joseph ChoiThat makes sense. Yeah, recovering some of the abandoned carts, I guess. Could you go back to the video paywall? That was really interesting. I don't think I've seen a bunch of like that much UGC style video inside paywalls, cuz it started with the face, too, right?
