Mario Manero & Alejandro Sanchez - Our App Makes $30K/Month Profit Using This Simple Strategy (copy us)
Joseph ChoiAnd you're And this is Manychat, too, right? Like you're doing an automation.
Alejandro SanchezYeah, yeah, yeah. And that that's actually that was a huge part of our strategy. So this one, we didn't use Manychat, and it only got like 8k. But this one, we started using Manychat. And it's really just uh, you know, this call to action, "Comment 'app' for the link." And, you know, in the later videos, I also started telling people, "Oh, comment the word 'app', and I'll send you a link to the app." And people comment the word "app." Like you It's such a simple word to comment, right? And if you see um, in this case, 6,900 comments, that all comment "app," you're like, "Oh, I need to comment 'app' as well." It's like social I wouldn't say pressure, but you see like people doing it, and you want to do it as well. So you comment "app," I'll send you a automated reply, and I send it to your DMs. Yeah, I I basically send this. "Hey there, please click the button below to receive the link," and you get a direct link to the app. And this also increased conversions like crazy, because you get a direct link to the app, and, you know, people are lazy, they don't want to look up the app. But if you can, you know, send them a link, and they and they click it, you know, they go directly to the App Store.
Joseph ChoiYeah, I can imagine how that's a lot better conversion rate than have just having the link in bio, cuz then people have to click your profile, and then try to find the link in bio, versus this, like it's in their inbox, they can't really ignore it, it's like it's just there once they comment. So they're going to click the link eventually. And then, the interesting thing is that it's also it's probably trackable, too, cuz with some of these videos …
Joseph ChoiYeah.
Alejandro SanchezBut if you see how many uh runs this automation had, almost 90,000 DMs I sent, and um yeah, pretty much all from, you know, comments from And, but, you know, the biggest part of the strategy with Manychat here is is really like engagement, right? You create so much I wouldn't say fake engagement, but it it artificially boosts engagement, and it pushes your video like crazy, because Instagram sees, "Oh, this a video has a comment rate of, you know, 10%," something like crazy. Instagram is like, "I need to push this to more people." For example, like my most most viral video, actually, it had 62,000 comments. Like, not even like the craziest um 100 million views video has this many comments. And, you know, this this is like a huge part of why it got so many views in the first place.
Joseph ChoiThis is a crazy growth hack. So what does the conversion rate look like once the user gets the DM?
