How He Built an $800K ARR App Using Simple Strategies
… his linkedin is there and then you can check out all like the fitbit that chris covered and all the apps on his app store are linked up in your favorite podcast app and youtube description as well dante not you man come on bro vote for it what's for you too people love that meat joke those are awesome those are going to be around billion years later people can tell that joke they're class all right let's get into the next round i got it sound
drop for that we got pablo's app right here it's privacy ai offline chatbot private local ai on device llm very much keyword stuffing they're very much against what you recommend chris but but let's break down this app. Yeah. Yep. I looked at this app a little bit too as well. Yeah, I mean, I think once I always go to the icon, right? Because it is actually what can move the needle the most in my opinion. We've tried so many things, so many different screenshots
and different titles and blah, blah, blah. But the icon moves the needle. I don't even know, I don't know why, right? But it moves the needle, right? So I would do icon tests on this. I would really put an icon in there that signifies what you're trying to accomplish, right? Like privacy is that security, right? You know, and I would use the little AI logo. Like there's a standard AI logo now that, you know, people use little stars, right. I'd put that in the corner or somewhere in here. So people identify with that. Right. Um, so I would start with the,
with the logo here and do a lot of AB tests on that, like do six of them in the next six weeks. Yeah. Let's start with. And there's some interesting keywords around that private LLM, just privacy. People do search for it. So think about that. And I would just do a lot of keyword research, Pablo, because you're onto something, but there's one keyword that you're kind of missing that I would probably put into my title if I were you. Yeah, I agree. 100%. Okay, let's get into the app itself. And we'll say, we'll stop holding you hostage, Chris.
I'll let you go. No, I could talk shop another hour if you want. This is great. I love this. Yeah. Welcome to Privacy AI. I like the offline. It's offline and private. Don't like this. I know it looks brighter on the screen, but it's a little bit darker on my actual phone. I'm not in love with your font, and I'm not in love with the color scheme. It doesn't scream private to me. It screams a little bit like, I don't know, not well done. Yeah.

- Keep installs about half organic, half paid; fund only channels returning 2-3xOn track for ~110K MRR
- Use Apple Search Ads only if the cost per install fits your numbersBest paid channel for this app; too pricey for many of their others
